First Church of Christ, Scientist, Edmonton
On
Sunday, December 22, 2019, First Church of Christ, Scientist,
Edmonton presented its annual musical celebration of
Christmas as a gift to the community.
The
hour-long event began with a short concert presented by
the musicians of the church, Judith Richardson,
soprano and Kirk Kryvenchuk,
piano and organ. This year's musical guests included Heather
MacLean, soprano; Shona Mitchell,
flute; Carolyn Lambert,
soprano; Luba Lubinskyb, soprano;
and John Lambert, baritone. The First
Church Vocal Ensemble also performed and included
baritones Paul Cachia and Simon
Lambert.
Following
the concert the audience will joined the performers for
a carol sing-along accompanied by Wendy Grant,
violin; Shona Mitchell, flute, and Kirk
Kryvenchuk, piano and organ.
